For sponsors and brands

Scope a campaign around qualifying arrivals.

What do sponsors receive from Tally?

A Tally sponsorship proposal is best for funders evaluating qualifying turnout. Define recorded campaign credit, aggregate reporting and cost per qualifying arrival. Funding, privacy and fulfillment require agreement before launch. Attendance and credit do not establish causal lift. An impression or click buy fits better when the goal is estimated reach.

Proposed funded-outcome workflow

This is a program design to review, not an active-campaign or payout claim. Qualify funding, permissions, evidence, fulfillment and reporting before launch.

01

Eligible campaign exposure

Define the eligible population, event window, funding limit and intended action. Review the campaign terms and evidence permissions before any enrollment or funding commitment.

02

Attributable invitations

Use supported invitations with a stated credit rule and window. Report missing or conflicting referral context separately; recorded credit does not establish causal influence.

03

Verified presence

The applicable attendance policy evaluates supported evidence. Invitation credit is separate. Additional door, ticket and provider integrations require qualification; verification does not establish campaign lift.

04

Qualifying dwell

Include dwell only where authorized evidence supports the agreed duration rule. A scan alone does not prove a continuous stay; disclose gaps and unsupported inputs.

05

Repeat behavior

Define the eligible cohort and return window. Use recorded qualifying visits to describe repeat participation; coverage and missingness limit the conclusion.

06

Reward issuance

MobileFlow owns SafeRide. Arcus operates its shared eligibility, evidence and reward controls; Tally provides the event-operator experience. Fulfillment requires a separately qualified provider and an approved, funded program.

07

Aggregate results

Agree qualifying counts, recorded credit, supported dwell, repeat visits, costs and missingness in the report. Keep issued benefits, provider completions and independently supported outcomes separate.

Funding terms to agree

The proposal separates Tally’s participant experience, MobileFlow’s program responsibilities, Arcus’s shared controls and the selected provider’s fulfillment responsibilities. Agree operating responsibilities and actual costs in the program agreement.

A committed campaign budget

Set a bounded program budget and an approval process before launch. Actual funding, custody and fulfillment terms require an agreement; this page is not a quote or payment facility.

Three separated cost lines

The proposal separates platform and administration fees, benefit funding and payment-processing costs. Agree accounting, reconciliation and reporting responsibilities for the actual program.

Rewards paid on qualifying outcomes

Specify the qualifying outcome and authorized effect, then qualify funding and fulfillment before launch. An attendance record, an authorization and a completed payment are distinct events.

Reporting a sponsor can act on

Evaluate recorded qualifying arrivals and agreed costs. Claims about behavior change or financial return require their own baseline, comparison method and uncertainty.

Privacy posture

Aggregate reporting and scoped access.

A sponsor proposal defines the qualifying action and the aggregate evidence needed to review it. Recorded arrival and campaign credit are separate from causal lift. Individual fan access is outside this package; validate the report before disclosure.

Attribution, not surveillance

Scope the sponsor package to permitted campaign attribution and aggregate reports. Authorized host views elsewhere in Tally follow their own permissions and fan visibility settings.

Aggregate reporting with thresholds

Agree minimum cohorts, grouping and recipient access, then validate the report before disclosure. Suppression reduces exposure; it does not guarantee anonymity in every context.

Consent-based signals

Review permission to obtain and use each evidence source for the campaign. The sponsor report should disclose the minimum necessary information under the agreed purpose and access rules.

Why is the campaign number auditable?

Use these requirements to review the proposed report and disclose its evidence limits.

A funded outcome is an arrival, not an impression

Define which evidence supports eligibility and which separate authorization permits fulfillment. A qualifying attendance record alone does not prove that a reward was paid.

Review the available evidence

Inspect recorded source, time, confidence and review context where available. Agree audit access and retention; neither a count nor this proposal guarantees every underlying observation remains available.

The three cost lines stay separated

Require separate lines for fees, benefit funding, provider charges, fulfilled rewards and refunds. Reconcile actual records before calculating cost per qualifying arrival.

Verified and estimated are never blended

Label qualifying counts, estimates and unavailable values separately. A report review must confirm the source, window and method behind each material number.

The evidence ladder behind a verified arrival is written out on verified presence.

Common questions

Define the eligible audience, event window, evidence rule and recorded invitation credit before launch. Report qualifying arrivals separately from reach, then use a pre-agreed baseline and comparison method for any claim about incremental return.

It is the agreed campaign cost divided by qualifying arrivals credited under the named rule and window. State which costs, attendees and missing records are included. The ratio does not establish how many arrivals the campaign caused; comparisons need matching definitions and coverage.

The proposed sponsor report is limited to agreed aggregate campaign results and recorded credit. Individual fan access is outside that package. Validate recipient permissions and suppression before launch; aggregate data is not automatically anonymous in every context.

Payout timing and eligibility belong in an approved, funded program with a qualified fulfillment provider. This page scopes a proposal and establishes no payment date or currently operated campaign. Separate platform fees, benefit funding and processing costs in the agreement.

Scope a measurable campaign

Sponsored campaigns are scoped with the Tally team rather than self-serve, because the qualifying outcome and the reward have to be agreed before anything is funded.

  1. Step 1

Send the Tally team your market, the artists or venues in scope, and the campaign window.

  2. Step 2

Tally scopes the qualifying outcome, the reward, and the three cost lines before any budget is committed.

  3. Step 3

Review the proposed report, funding limits, privacy controls and support terms before deciding whether to launch.
